You have an idea of what a healthy snack is, but you still have questions. While we were talking “Around the Water Cooler” with Jonathan Hall recently, I enjoyed helping you with some new ideas. In case you missed it, here are some of those in writing:
Fresh fruit with low-fat yogurt dip
Fresh vegetables with low-fat dressing
Whole grain crackers with low-fat cheese
Low-fat yogurt topped with wheat germ
Peanut butter on whole grain bread
Including little bits of protein in your healthy snack give you long-lasting fuel to go, Go, GO!
